Monday, June 27, 2022 – The Amirul Ummah Foundation has officially implemented the Al-Quran distribution agenda for the Cianjur area, West Java.

A program to distribute 5,000 copies of the Quran has been carried out, which began with an opening ceremony held at Madrasah Al Hidayah, Warung Kondang.

This program was attended by several prominent figures, such as KH Ahmad Suhendar as a representative of the Regent of Cianjur as well as the Head of the Board (LPTQ) of Cianjur, KH Ahmad Yusup as the Head of Empowerment of Diniyah Takmiliyah Education and Al-Quran Education (P3DTPQ) of the Cianjur District, KH Ade Ismatullah as Head of MUI, Chief of Police and Warung Kondang Danramil.

Ahmad Suhendar expressed his gratitude as a sign of appreciation to the Nur Qur'an Endowment, the Amirul Ummah Foundation and the donors who have entrusted 5000 Al-Quran manuscripts to Cianjur. "With the existence of this Al-Quran endowment program, it has become an important factor in the activities of religious institutions such as LPTQ and P3DTPQ in Cianjur," said Ahmad Suhendar.

Next, Ustaz Ade Kusmawan who is also the head of the Warung Kondang MUI cadre expressed his gratitude and thanks for having been given the trust by the cadres, Wakaf Nur Qur'an and Yayasan Amirul Ummah to carry out the program. "It is fitting that this should be our main program to spread the Quran to every corner of the country. Until today, we have spread more than 150 thousand Qurans from the west to the eastern tip of Indonesia," said a representative from Yayasan Waqaf Nur Qur'an, Irfan Ahmad Fauzi. 

He also expressed his gratitude to the donors, partners and parties involved in making the program a success. "May Allah grant us sustenance and health to continue moving in this good cause," said Irfan Ahmad Fauzi.
