FAJAR.KORAN.CO.ID, MAKASSAR — Imancare cooperated with Yayasan Ammirul Ummah to distribute the Al-Quran to the people of South Sulawesi as many as 20,000 Al-Qur'an, Sunday (8/8).
The activity started with the Opening Ceremony which was held in a hybrid manner. Activities and fillers are presented directly in Makassar City, while the participants attend from their respective places.
This is done to comply with the government's regulations regarding the implementation of Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM). Until the Opening Ceremony event is done online and offline.
This activity was attended by representatives from the Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI) of the Sulsel region, the Head of the Indonesian Da'i Association (IKADI) of Sulsel, to the well-known scholar, Ustadz Fakhrurrozi Anshar as the filler of the tabligh akbar event.
Director of Yayasan Amirul Ummah Indonesia, Irfan Ahmad Fauzi presented the meaning and purpose of carrying out this Al-Qur'an distribution program. "Our presence here is to be able to convey the Trust from the donors who have donated the Al-Qur'an to the community in need. And this is also an opportunity to expand our charity fields together," said Irfan.
In distributing the Al-Qur'an Imancare as the main partner will work with various partner institutions as distributors to beneficiaries. "I hope this Al-Qur'an can reach the community in need and can provide benefits," added Irfan.
It is known that no less than 30 channel partner organizations are involved in this program.
Previously, the Head of IKADI Sulsel, Ust Muchlis Bakry also expressed his happiness regarding this Al-Qur'an distribution program. "The presence of YAU and Imancare brings goodness and brings a blessing especially to the Muslims in South Sulawesi. Because the Qur'an is indeed the light of Allah SWT, and a guide to be able to follow His path."
One of the series from this opening event is tablih akbar filled by Ustadz Fakhrurrozi Anshari. A famous Bugis scholar who is known for his light and inspiring lectures. It is inevitable that many young people love him because of the content of his lectures.
In addition to filling tabligh akbar, he also cut the ribbon as a sign of the inauguration of Al-Quran distribution activities in South Sulawesi. This agenda also marks that the Qur'an will soon be spread to all corners of South Sulawesi. (rls/mukhlis/fajar)
