NORTH LOMBOK – Yayasan Amirul Ummah inaugurated Nurul Jihad Mosque which is located in Sesait Village, North Lombok , West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) on Thursday (25/3/2021). The inauguration was attended by a number of community leaders, youth and local scholars.

On that occasion, the Operations Manager of Yayasan Amirul Ummah, Abdul Rohman expressed his gratitude for the realization of the construction of the mosque in Sesait Village which can also be felt by the surrounding community.

"The presence of the Amirul Ummah foundation to the location gives a commitment to build a mosque that the community desperately needs until it is completed. Alhamdulillah today (March 25) the mosque can be inaugurated. May this mosque bring blessings and become a center for community worship," said Abdul Rohman.

He expressed his gratitude to the parties who have been involved in the development of the Nurul Jihad Mosque. "We would like to thank all parties who have been involved in this ummah agenda, in particular we would like to thank the donors of the Amirul Ummah foundation and the Muslim brothers in Malaysia who have entrusted the Amirul Ummah foundation," he explained.

"We have fulfilled the trust. May the rewards flow to the donors who have entrusted their trust to the Amirul Ummah Foundation," he continued.

As for the mosque located in Kat Bawang Hamlet, Sesait Village, Kayangan District, North Lombok Regency, it was built in 2018 after the earthquake that hit Lombok, NTB. Before this mosque was built, it was completely destroyed and the worship activities of the community were disrupted.

The inauguration was done with a ribbon-cutting ceremony performed by a number of figures and representatives of the organization, namely the Head of Sesait Village, the Penghulu of Sesait Village, the Penghulu of Kat Bawang Village, the Head of the RKP and the Amirul Ummah Foundation.

Finally, in order for the good program to continue, Abdul Rohman invited the entire community, especially Muslims, to join in the program of building mosques in the interior which was initiated by him.
