Coal (News) : Coal Regent Ir.H.Zahir, M.AP accompanied by the Head of TP-PKK Mrs. Maya Indriasari Zahir received Al-Quran Waqf from Yayasan Ammirul Ummah Malaysia to be distributed to Al-Quran Development institutions in North Sumatra Province, especially in Batubara Regency.

This was conveyed by Akhsanul Rizqy Harahap, Head of Public Relations at the Tanjung Gading Complex Rumdis Hall.

Also present at the handover were the District Representative Council of the Republic of Indonesia (DPD RI) M. Nuh, Youth Leader of the Muslim Ummah Association (PUI) North Sumatra Province Haris, Head of PUI Batubara Youth M. Taufik Kamil, Kabag Kesra Adenan Haris, Tuesday (27/04/2021).

According to Kabid Public Relations, the Al-Quran grant will be channeled to ten Muslim organizations and the Tahfidz Al-Quran house, the endowment of the waqf to support studying and memorizing the Al-Quran.

In his speech, Batubara Regent Ir.H. Zahir. AP conveyed and expressed his gratitude to the Amirul Ummah Foundation.

Al-Quran will be one of the stimulants for the Cotabara District Government.

The Quran is a privilege for Muslims as a guide to life.
