Yayasan Ammirul Ummah, an NGO established in 2001, is active in developing various welfare and well-being projects. They are now expanding their activities around Terengganu, focusing on mosque maintenance/repair, repairing/replacing broken electrical equipment and cleaning mosque toilets. All of this is free of charge thanks to donations from the public.

Today, completing the handover of LCD TVs to the Tanjung Bunut Mosque representing Yayasan Ammirul Ummah in conjunction with the 'Masjid Maintenance' program around Kuala Terengganu and Kuala Nerus. Hopefully, this donation can further complete the needs of the mosque's equipment.
