AMBON, TRIBUNAMBON.COM – Foundation Amirul Ummah Indonesia worked together with Imancare to distribute 20 thousand Al-Qurans to the Maluku community.
Those thousands of Al-Qur'an are a waqf from a number of donors to people in need.
Foundation Director Amirul Ummah Indonesia, Irfan Ahmad Fauzi, said the purpose could also be a charity farm.
"Our presence here is to convey the trust of donors who have already endowed, this is also a charity farm for us" said Fauzi during the ceremonial opening at the LPMP building, Saturday (9/10/2021).
Cooperation with Imancare also aims to ensure that distribution can be targeted.
He added, there is no interest whatsoever in the activity of sharing the Holy Book of the Qur'an.
"We are here without any interest, not from any party," he said
He hopes that anyone who will accept the Qur'an can be useful and become a charity before God Almighty.
In his speech, he also gave thanks and appreciation to the Governor of Maluku, Murad Ismail who received their presence warmly.
Amirul Ummah Indonesia not only distributed Al-Qur'an in Maluku, but in total 100 thousand Al-Qur'an was distributed throughout Indonesia until now. (*)
