KEBERKAHAN DI BULAN RAMADHAN, YAYASAN AMMIRUL UMMAH SALURKAN 20.000 AL-QUR’AN UNTUK SUMATERA UTARA INDONESIA - WAKAF AL-QURAN NUSANTARA

MEDAN - The Opening Ceremony held at Aula Tengku Rizal Nurdin aims to inaugurate the distribution of 20,000 Al-Qurans for North Sumatra (North Sumatra) initiated by Yayasan Amirul Ummah and Iman Care to coincide with the month of Ramadhan.

This activity was attended by the Governor of North Sumatra, Eddy Rahmayadi, Member of DPD RI North Sumatra Representative M Nuh as well as institutions that are partners in the Al-Qur'an distribution program, Monday (19/4/2021).

As a form of commitment in meeting the needs of the Qur'an in Indonesia,

"We have distributed 80,000 Al-Qurans in the corners of Indonesia. Previously we have distributed 5,000 Al-Qurans to Papua, 6,000 Al-Qurans to Bali, 27,000 Al-Qurans to Lombok, 10,000 to Palu and others. We have targeted 700 points for North Sumatra. We are grateful that the activities in North Sumatra coincide with the holy month of Ramadhan full of blessings," Said the Director of the Amirul Ummah Foundation, Irfan Ahmad Fauzi.

Then, the Governor of North Sumatra, Eddy Rahmayadi also expressed his gratitude to Yayasan Amirul Ummah and Imancare for donating the Qur'an to the people of North Sumatra. His appreciation was also conveyed as follows,

"People who donate Al-Quran will enter heaven. People who give Al-Qur'an will get the same reward as people who read the given Qur'an. I am grateful to Yayasan Amirul Ummah and Iman Care for filling the gap in the provision of Al-Qur'an in North Sumatra," said Eddy Rahmayadi.

Eddy Rahmayadi said that at this time we should continue to study the Qur'an as a guide to life. This was also conveyed by North Sumatra DPD Member M Nuh.

"The Qur'an encourages us to continue to worship. Let's read the Qur'an together and ground the spirit of the Qur'an, especially the current momentum that coincides with the month of Ramadan," he said.

After giving a speech, the Governor of North Sumatra, Eddy Rahmayadi inaugurated the distribution event of 20,000 Al-Qurans by cutting the ribbon which was directly accompanied by the Director of the Indonesian Amirul Ummah Foundation, Irfan Ahmad Fauzi, DPD RI Member North Sumatra Representative M Nuh.

"We also express our greatest gratitude to the Governor of North Sumatra and his ranks, DPD RI Member North Sumatra Representative M. Nuh and our partners who have supported and collaborated to channel this Al-Qur'an," said the Director of the Amirul Ummah Foundation, Irfan Ahmad Fauzi.
