Those who are diligent in giving charity or making endowments are promised an easy life:

Allah Almighty says: “The example of those who spend their wealth in the way of Allah is like a seed that grows seven grains, each grain a hundred grains. Allah multiplies (the reward) for whom He wills. And Allah is All-Encompassing, All-Knowing.” (Al-Baqarah (2): 261)
